Thats How I F**k Frustration!!

I think that god schemingly sat down one day and designed "the saddest lives", for the unlucky ones in his litter.. Sadly, I got one of his most cruel designs!

But I don't abuse god. No matter how bad it gets, I'm gonna take it and get through it.. IN YOUR FACE god!

Life's gettin worse for me in the lab! And every single day one of the two happens:
A) I make a major blunder.
B) Some senior decides that they cannot stand the peace on me.

In either case.. I have the major task of getting out of the situation without crying... (For the record.. I'm a total crybaby.. A human hosepipe if you may..)

So I have developed my personal defense mechanisms. Although a good cry maybe inevitable, even cleansing at times () , but this religious endeavor is given shape only in the sanctity of the wash room, sometimes sitting on 'the seat', in the locked purgative cubicle.

Also, this is the last resort.. there are a score of other things you may want to try before you decide on breaking down.. These are what I do and for me .. they work!!

(For the record, the current villain in my life is a guy I like to call "So Loo", equating him to the sacred shit)

1. I like to show the middle finger to his back, door of the room he is in, his work bench, his pen drive and even his folder in my documents of the common computer.
   
2. I like to bitch about him with my friends.. and bitch and bitch and bitch and bitch and bitch. Crack jokes on his hair, his walk, his clothes, his face. Oh every single detail of his shitty being. Its the biggest soothing remedy since sanjeevni booti of hanuman days.
3. The oldest but definitely very effective method: Mind Torture.. Shoot him in your head. Shoot him 78 times. Abuse him and tell him to piss off!
4. If you here your colleagues bitching about him --> Promote it! and you have to snigger!!!!!!!! its sooo refreshingly happiness-giving to have a brethren for your cause.
5. If no one's bitching about him.. be the starting point!! (This is tricky and you must be very, very careful!)
6. INTERNET! Girls and boys.. Internet is a god-sent! You can read happy stories (short ones :)), you can chat up with some random bozo and start abusing 'So Loo' again. You can create your own free blog and go on ranting without anyone ever knowing its you!!
7. Finally, on an awfully bad cry-day "BE THE INDIAN WOMAN!", i like to think that the world is round and that if he is acting like sucha bitch, he is only advertising for trouble to buy his case and then molest it! The Indian women thought process goes in to the lines of "shraap" (read curse), "Usne mujhe itna pareshaan kiya ki meri aatma se uske liye shraap nikal rahe hai. Jo mere saath itna bura kar raha hai, uske saath kaha kuch acha hoga. Bhagwan sab dekhte hain, uske bhi din aayenge." Trust me, its sounding soap-like but it definitely works! Put it on god! He will avenge for the wrongdoings you have faced.. Simple.

You may think that you will only be wasting time which will only be detrimental to you because of the negativity you create...and that you must try to forgive and forget..and blah blah blah.

If you can forgive... and forget (!!!).. trust me your blessed.

But for those of you who cannot.. you've got to try to tackle 'So Loo's' in all other ways possible before going and actually abusing him or beating the shit out of him (which may be the acme of all other vengeful designs.) But if you want to stick to your lab or job, you may just want to passively flush out your anger like I do..
